Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani Recipe
Ingredients :
Mutton - 1 Kg
Basmati rice - Half kg
Lime juice - 2 tsp
Garam masala -2 tbsp
Garlic and ginger paste- 2 tsp
Golden fried sliced onions - 2 Cup
Green chilli - 2
Meat tenderizer- 1 tsp
Mint - 1 bunch
Black cumin- 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 50 grams
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Curd - 2 Cup
Oil - As per required
Red chilli - 2 tsp
Saffron - 1 Pinch
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
Directions :
First boil the water ,add oil, salt and cook rice half cooked.
Next marination of mutton, in pan take mutton, add all the spices and curd, onion,
Now in a pan add the marinated mutton in the bottom and top it of with half cooked rice,add mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried onions.repeat the same process twice.cook for 30 min.
