Ingredients :

Oil 2tbsp

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Garlic 1 pod (grated)

Ginger 1” piece (grated)

Green chillies 1 (chopped)

Onions 2 (chopped)

Tomatoes 1 (chopped)

Eggs (boiled 7-8

Turmeric ½ tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Red chilli powder ½ tsp

Coriander powder 2-3 tbsp

Salt according to taste

 

Preparation :

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli and ginger.

When the garlic and ginger turn a little brown add the onion.

Mix well and close the lid for a while to let the steam do the cooking. Stir after 3-4 min and add red chilli powder.

Mix well and close the lid again. After one min add turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.

Close the lid for a min. Stir and add the tomatoes. Mix well and close the lid.

After 2-3 mins when the tomatoes are cooked well grate the eggs and mix well.

Add salt and garam masala. Garnish the dish with sliced eggs on the top and serve.
