Bommidala pulusu
Ingredients
Bommidalu fish: 1/2 kg
Oil 4 tbsp
Onions choped 2 cups
Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Green chillies 5
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder: 2 tsp
Tamarind juice 1 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garam masala: 2 tsp
Cinnamon: 1 inch
Cloves: 6
Cardamoms: 3
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Preparation :
To prepare bommidala pulusu take bommidalu fish and add turmeric, salt, lemon juice and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Then take a vessel and heat oil and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and fry for 2 minutes.
Add chopped onions and chillies and fry up to onions turns light brownish add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 more minutes.
Add curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt, Coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook covered for 5 minutes with low flame. add tamarind juice and cook covered for 5 minutes.
