Tawa Roast Chicken
Ingredients :
Chicken legs - 6 nos
Besan - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1/4 tbsp
Hung curd - 6 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilly flakes as per taste
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil
Method :
First clean the chicken and make cuts and keep aside. Mix curd and all ingredients and mix well. Add it to chicken nicely and keep in an airtight container or in any container and cover it tightly with foil and keep in refrigerator for minimum 2 hours. In a pan add few drops of oil and tawa roast chicken first on a simmer flame and then on high flame. Make sure you keep flipping it to avoid it getting burnt on a side. Once cooked serve it with onion rings and mint chutney.
