Badam Chicken
Ingredient :
Almond (number)- 25
Oil - As need
onion - 1
pepper - 1 tbls
Chicken - 1 kg
Coconut cup - 1
Graama masala - 2 tbls
Green chillies - 5
lime juice - 1 tbls
Mint leaves - Cuppotato - 1
Salt - as per taste
Zeera - 1 tbls
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Curd -1cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Directions :
Take potato peel and cut into cubes keep a side in water.Cut the chicken in the same size as potato.
In a blender blend almond and coconut into a paste.
Take a pan add oil,garam masalas, zeera,crushed almonds,chopped onion,salt,mix well add ginger garlic paste,almond and coconut paste,cook this mixture.
Once masala is cooked,add coriander powder,green chillies,curd,potato, water, pepper,mint,coriander leaves,chicken mix well and close it with a lid and cook in a very slow flame till the chicken and potato are tender.
