Coconut Roti

 

 

Ingredients:

2 cup   - wheat flour

2 cup   - freshly grated coconut

Salt      - a pinch

Water to knead

 

Method:

In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, grated coconut and salt. Mix well. Add water and make a dough. Let the dough stand for 15 min. Now take a large ball of dough and roll it thickly. If its hard to roll in perfect round shape you can take a cookie cutter and cut it. In a non stick pan, fry it with little oil. Serve it hot with ghee and any curry of your choice.
