  1. Cut capsicum into diced form.
  2. Dry roast channa dal,grated coconut,dhaniya, cashew and grind to pate adding water.
  3. Heat oil, add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and fry in oil for a min.
  4. Add cpasicum and toss into the oil adding red chilli pwdr, turmeric and the ground masala and stir well.add salt to taste.
  5. Pour 1/2  cup water and allow to cook on sim till the masala coats well with capsicum till it is tender.serve hot with rice or roti...
