Potato- green peas cutlet

 

 

Weekend masti is all about eating delicious food. Isnt it?
Today we are presenting Potato – greenpeas  cutlet recipee for the food lovers . This special  cutlet dough consists of best Indian spices and then shallow fried in little amount of oil.  Common , lets have a look at the ingrediants and preparation.

Ingredients:

* 5 medium size potatoes
* 1 cup green peas
* 6 green chillies finely chopped
* 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
* 5 bread slices
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
* 1/2 tsp coriander powder
* 1/2 tsp cumin powder
* 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
* 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
* Oil to shallow fry
* Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Procedure:

* Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.  Peel and mash in a big bowl. Boil the green peas and mix it with potato mash.  Add all the spices, red chilli powder  along with the coriander leaves and prepare the dough and keep it aside. Roast  the bread slices and make a powder using a mixer and mix it with the  prepared dough by kneading  thoroughly.

* Now Heat the non-stick tawa and spread little bit of oil.  Make small balls from the cutlet dough,  flatten them and place on the hot tawa. Fry  them  on the medium  flame  on both sides and make sure that cutlets are properly cooked  from inside as well.

* You can Place 3-4  cutlets at a time  and cook . Serve hot with the green  chutney / sauce.
