Perugu Pachadi

 

 

Ingredients :

Boondi - 100gms

Curd - 3 Cups

Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp

Chilli powder - 2 tbsp

Salt - As per taste

Coriander Leaves.


Method :

Take a dish and pour the curd and add the salt then stir it. And now take a vessel and put water and pur the boondi in to that water and let it soak till it’s become soft.

Then add this soft boondi to that curd and add cumin powder, chili powder, and mix it properly.

And finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve it, it goes well with hot rice.
