Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

Maida                          - 150 gms
Butter                           - 90 gms
Milk                              - 50 ml
Sugar                           - 50 gms
Dark chocolate           - 150 gms
Baking soda               - 1 gms
Chocolate chunks       - 75 gms 

Method:
Mix the butter and sugar and add milk which is at room temperature. Slowly fold the mixture. Add melted Chocolate & all dry Ingredients and mix. Now add chocolate chunks , you can finely chop dark chocolate into small chunks and use it. Put this in the refrigerator  for  an hour. Now with a cookie cutter make cookies in a desirable shape and line them on a baking tray. In a pre heated oven, bake them at 180° for 15-16 minutes and they are ready to be served.
