Andhra Rice Roti with Ghee
Andhra Rice Roti is an ideal dish for breakfast. It is one of the popular dishes of Andhra.
Ingredients:-
Rice Flour – 250 g
chana dal 50 g. (put in water 30 min)
Onion - 2
Jeera - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 1 handful
Green chillies - 4
Grated Coconut - 3 tbsp
Gee - 3 tbsp
curry leaves 1 handful
Steps To Prepare :-
* Mix Rice flour, onion, chana dal (after in water 30min) , jeera, chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, gee and finally salt for taste.
* Add water little by little mix to form a dough. Take a handful of dough, press dough into round shape
* Add little oil to the pan and grease it around the pan, Now pan put it on the stove.
* Heat it for a minute, turn other side and wait for 2 min. If you want crispy turn it to low flame and keep it for 3 min. Now it for ready to eat.You can have Andhra Rice Roti with Chatni powder.
