Healthy Sandwich

 


Sandwich is the most preferred and easily made breakfast item. Lets try this variety sandwich which might be more interesting for kids.

Ingredients :

* 1/2 spn Zeera

* 1 spn oil

* Carrot -1 Big ( finely grated)

* Peas 1/2 cup (cooked and mashed a bit)

* Green Chilli -1

* Paneer 3 spns(grated)

* Coriander leaves for garnishing.

* Bread 4 Slices (roasted)

Method :


* Take a pan and put oil
* once oil heats up add zeera
* Then add Green chilli fry a bit
* Then add grated carrot and fry a bit and then add cooked peas too.
* Add salt to your taste
* Mean while toast the bread in toaster
* Off the stove, put coriander leaves,and  take the mixture apply on one bread and cover it with a plain bread
* Now cut the the bread slices neatly in which ever shape you want and serve with tomato sauce. 
* If you are giving it to kids put a bit of grated paneer even on the top of the sandwich.

Healthy tasty and easy recipe of sandwich can be served with a glass of orange juice making it a perfect breakfast menu.
