Egg less " Yogurt Sponge Cake"

On this eve of Friendship day, we are presenting “Yogurt sponge cake” which is egg less and can be made in a pressure cooker.When you make cake in pressure cooker, here are few steps to follow:
Pressure cooker has to be with a minimum quantity of 5 ltrs. Don't pour water in cookerRemove gasket and whistle; place a plate ( with holes) inside the cooker and keep the lid in reverse direction.Preheat cooker for 3 minutes before you place the cake mix. Then place the vessel contains cake mix and cook accordingly.
Ingredients for Yogurt sponge cake:
All purpose flour: 2cups
Sugar: 1cup
Yogurt: 1 cup
Cooking oil: 3 table spoons
Vanilla essence: 5 drops
Baking powder: 2 spoons
Baking soda: 1/2 spoon
Preparation:
Add sugar to the curd in a bowl and mix well using a blender. Then add baking powder and baking soda to this content and mix till they combine well. Keep this aside for five minutes. Now add vanilla essence and cooking oil. Finally go on adding all purpose flour spoon by spoon till the batter is formed perfectly..
Now, take a vessel and apply ghee or oil and pour the cake mix in to this vessel. Now place this in the preheated cooker and cook for 45 minutes on a low flame. Take a toothpick and insert in the cake; if it comes out clean your cake is ready.
Take out the cake, transfer in to tray and cut in to pieces and serve.
