A TDP MLA's son and a Municipal Commissioner's son were caught smoking ganja at Municipal Grounds in Uppal, Hyderabad. One of them was reportedly TDP MLA Satyavathi Rathod's son Sunil Rathod and the other one was Karimnagar Municipal Commissioner's son Abhijit.

The duo also had some narcotic drugs in their possession, told the police. A case has been booked against both of them and will be produced in the court.
