Setting an example for the ways through which a danger could storm upon a baby girl... an eight-year-old girl in Delhi was allegedly raped by her elder brother. Ironically, the culprit was also a minor. The girl’s parents are daily labourers and have gone for work leaving the siblings at the home. As they returned home after their routine work, they found their girl child profusely bleeding. She was immediately rushed to the hospital, where a minor operation had to be performed upon her. The Delhi commission for Women has come to the rescue of the victim and promised complete support for her.
