YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's convoy entered Nizamabad district and reached Baswapur town near the border. Jagan is on enroute to Armoor in Nizamabad district, where his 48-hour 'Deeksha' has been scheduled.

In spite of TJAC call for obstructing Jagan entry in to Nizamabad district, Jagan faced no resistance from T-activists on reaching Baswapur. Instead, he received a rousing welcome by his followers there. The local leaders at Baswapur said that they are not protesting his tour because he has taken up the deeksha to highlight plights of farmers in the region.
