Hydrating Stomach Before Eating - Healthy juice

 

Its always advised by dietitians, that When ever you are too hungry its not right to directly start eating solid food. Before that try to fill some liquid in your stomach. If not anything fill it with a little water and then start eating. so that the hunger pangs will be subdued a little bit,and we wont over eat.

 

We can go for any juice for that matter,but try to make as healthy and light as possible. If you want to have some alternative for an aerated drink or sugar filled juice here it is,let me present an unconventional combination of fruits which are rich in potassium, vitamin C and fiber. Take orange ,papaya , and banana and blend them,with out added sugar or salt.

 

Banana is an excellent source of potassium, the deficiency of which is associated with the change in the normal pattern of the heartbeat. And a combination of orange, papaya and banana blended together will make a filling drink that beats cholesterol. This mock tail not only satiates the hunger pangs but also keeps the building up of cholesterol levels at all time low. But one thing to remember is,as far as possible don't take out the pulp,it maximum help to our body. Happy hydration!!!
