Smokers always fear of gaining some extra weight after they quit cigarettes. And they are true! There are various reasons due to which smokers gain some extra weight after quitting cigarettes.
One Ex- smoker was so sad after looking at his fluffy stomach and said to his father- `Papa. I’ve done a grave mistake by quitting smoke. Look at all these extra pounds I’ve gained after quitting smoke.’
Father gave a serene look at his son and said ‘Son! It’s really sad that you’ve gained some extra pounds after quitting smoke. But just think about the extra years you’ve gained after getting rid of the habit.’
