Women health care is very different from the health care advised to men. There are things that need to been seen differently when it comes to caring for a woman’s health. Let us explore different aspects of it. A nutritious meal is the beginning of  healthy lifestyle for a woman. Try to include all essential nutrients in your meal. A balanced diet can keep you active and energetic throughout the day. Whole grain, high fibre diet along with low fat dairy products is advised to keep your body healthy.

Eating right is not enough. You must have good exercise too. Heart disease is known to be the leading cause of death among women. A daily routine that includes at least 30 minutes of exercise is a must for every woman. This is they only method to keep heart diseases at bay.

Consumption of alcohol or smoking cigarettes can greatly damage the human body. This has more adverse effects on a woman’s body. Studies on women’s health reveal that consumption of limited amount of alcohol contributes positively to a lady’s health. 12 to 14 grams of alcohol is considered ideal. You must also remember to avoid skin cancer. Sun protection is a crucial aspect in this matter. Get a sunscreen of SPF 15 to prevent the sun from attacking you.

All women above 40 years of age must know ways to protect herself from breast cancer. The American Cancer Society suggests that women of this age should be conscious of the slightest change in their breasts and get a regular mammogram to be sure that there is no breast cancer. Every lady must give attention to her health needs. A healthy woman can make the entire family healthy.
