FRAGRANT SECRETS

Most of us like to wear fragrances. If this reminds you of buying a new one, make it a rule never to try more than three scents at one time when you are shopping for a new fragrance. Your nose will lose its ability to tell the difference. if the store has coffee beans, smell them in between choices.

Apply the fragrance where the blood vessels are closest to the skin giving off more heat and acting like mini fragrance pumps. Pulse points are the wrist, behind the ear, crook of the arm and knee, base of the throat, at the ankles, they allow the fragrance to blossom up. To help your fragrance last longer use a matching body lotion or unscented body lotion to apply to pulse points before applying your fragrance.

A person's body chemistry, diet and age affect fragrances on the skin. Certain essential oils in the perfumes have affinity to our skin, and they may be absorbed while others may not. and that's the reason fragrances smell differently on different people.

Store the bottles in a Cool, dry and dark place. Do not expose the fragrance for any length of time to sun light.

You can put a few drops of your favorite fragrance in a bath or a few drops in the water when washing your clothes or spray on artificial flowers.
