Director Teja is an innovative guy who uses simple technology always to make his films look vibrant. Being a choreographer for years helped him get complete grip on the scenario. For his latest movie “Hora Hori”, he has created a rain-machine, which has become the talk of town now.
In Telugu film industry numerous water tanks are used to create rain effect with shower nozzle attached at each end of the pipe. But Teja has got to create a new machine, where the machine uses minimum of water and maximum effect with its spraying. He got the machine to spray thick showers to droplets of water and he took that to forests in Karnataka to shoot the film. That’s the reason Hora Hori has rain inside almost for 80% of the movie.
Forget the effect it creates, this rain machine actually saves lots of water, says the technicians who have built it.
