Beautiful heroine Anushka Shetty has stunned everyone with her terrific and scary look as aged Devasena in the movie “Baahuabli: The Beginning”. There seems to be a huge contribution by makeup artists and visual effects department in getting this feel right.
Chennai and Hyderabad based Prasad EFX has made a name for themselves with good visual effects and animation for films in the last 20 years. Their cosmetic touch ups in Baahubali are now appreciated by many. Right from the head-chopping seen of Adivi Sesh (Bhadra) to other scenes, including that of aged look of Anushka, they excelled like anything. Working on Baahubali for a combined period of about eight months, the popular VFX studio stated that almost 100 artistes in Hyderabad and Chennai also helped create Anushka Shetty’s aged look in the movie. What have they done? The have digitally added wrinkles and white hair to her character, as well as converting the day-shots to night effect.
That’s how Anushka’s imprisoned slave look is created folks.
