on Jun 18, 2015
Should we call him a factory? Once upon a time maverick director Ram Gopal Varma used to have a production banner that read “RGV Film Factory” and now he is living up to that mark. He is on a film making spree and despite the fact if his films are releasing or not, Ramu is moving to his next.
A flock of Telugu films including Rajasekhar’s “Patta Pagalu” and Manoj’s “Attack” are waiting for a release at Telugu box office, but Ramu moved to his next without worrying about them. He has commenced the shoot of his upcoming bilingual movie “Killing Veerappan” from today. The story of this flick revolves around catching deadliest sandalwood smuggler Veerappan in the forests of Tamilnadu and Karnataka.
RGV’s Killing Veerappan stars Shivarajkumar, who will play the central role of the officer who kills Veerappan, while Kannada heroines Yagna Shety and Parul Yadav are playing the glamour part. A newcomer, theatre artist Sandeep is playing the role of Veerappan.
