Mahesh Babu Steps Out, Anushka Steps In

Superstar Mahesh Babu took long break from Bharath Ane Nenu as to promote his film Spyder in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu. He has been travelling places and interacting with media. In fact, Mahesh Babu wanted to gain Tamil market with Spyder, so he allotted few days to endorse the movie in Chennai. Due to delay in production, Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Bharath Ane Nenu has got postponed to summer from the scheduled date of Sankranthi.
While Mahesh Babu stepped out of Sankranthi race, actress Anushka Shetty joins the race with female-centric film Bhagmati. The film directed by Ashok G and produced by Pramod and Vamshi Krishna Reddy under UV Creations Banner is high on visual effects. The makers are planning to wrap up all the works related to Bhagmati by end of this year to promote the movie vigorously in January.
Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 102nd film directed by KS Ravikumar will also be hitting the screens for Sankranthi, 2018. Hence, both Balakrishna and Anushka would be happy for not having huge competition for the biggest festival season.
