Story :

The story is all about the good and bad Prakash Raj. They are ideally brothers and the story comes with a twist right at the beginning when the younger one try killing his brother and his family for money. However, elder Prakash Raj (Narasimha) escapes the death along with his little daughter (Samantha) and his wife dies. The younger one (Bhai) later moves to Hyderabad and becomes a big don. In this span, Narasimha raises his son-in-law, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas (Alludu Sreenu) and Anjali (Samantha) amidst a lot of financial crisis. Finally, the trio shift to Hyderabad in order to get rid of debt issues. Alludu Sreenu coincidentally finds Bhai in Hyderabad and that is where, real masala begins in Alludu Sreenu (movie). A beautiful love story is also carved along with the flow. What will Alludu Sreenu do to help his uncle, Narasimha ? What kind of twists occur when the brothers meet after decades ? Will Alludu Sreenu succeed in his love life ? all this forms the rest of the story.

Analysis :

Alludu Sreenu is a clean commercial and family entertainer. It is a typical V V Vinayak film with all commercial elements like comedy, action, drama and romance. In fact, the second half is filled with an over dose of comedy and that makes the film more entertaining. Alludu Sreenu is a film that suits audience of all categories and ages since it has both Mass and Class factors.

Performances :

Sai Srinivas (Alludu Sreenu) :

Srinivas has immensely surprised us with his accelerating performance in all aspects. It did not feel like watching a debutante in the film. On the contrary, he is absolutely on par with a lot of established actors in the industry right now. Srinivas has portrayed his dedication and perseverance in every single shot. Highlights are his dialogue delivery style and dance. This guy has a good long way to go for sure.

Prakash Raj :

We all know that Prakash Raj is a seasoned actor who lives his role to the fullest. However, we should appreciate his commendable performance as a good and bad guy in the dual role. Prakash Raj added more life to the script on the whole.

Bramhanandam made our tummy ache in the second half with ultimate comedy quotient and that is definitely a highlight for the film.

Samantha was perfect as a girl from the small town and her chemistry with a new hero needs to be appreciated. She blended with the flow and did do a good job.

In addition to this, the chemistry between Prakash Raj (Narasimha) - Srinivas and Prakash Raj (Bhai) - Bramhanandam is brilliant.

Technical Aspect :

Direction :

Mass director V V Vinayak proved his style once again. In addition to this, he sculpted and presented a wonderful actor like Sai Srinivas to TFI. V V Vinayak did not miss out on any element that takes to make Alludu Sreenu, a perfect commercial entertainer. However, the plot is quite predictable is what one would feel after watching the film.

Cinematography :

Ace cinematographer Chota K Naidu gave his best at handling the camera to bring out the best in both looks and locations, especially in the songs and stunt sequences.

Music :

When the composer is Devi Sri Prasad, then we can be sure of some amazing foot tapping numbers and the best one in Alludu Sreenu is 'What's Up'. DSP has given appreciable tunes for a film like Alludu Sreenu. Locations chosen for shooting these songs are amazingly mind blowing and new. Some locations are exquisite and people might have never seen it anywhere else.

Production :

The efforts of Bellamkonda Suresh both as a father and as a producer needs to be appreciated. The entire film showed the love he carried for his son and his aim to give him the best platform for a launch. The film looked rich and lavish and it seems Bellamkonda Suresh never compromised on even a minute matter.

Telugu One Perspective

Plus Points :

1. Bellamkonda Srinivas's immense performance. Srinivas conveyed a message that he has come to stay back and not to leave any soon.
2. Prakash Raj's perfection in the dual role.
3. Bramhanandam's Over Dose of Comedy

Minus Points :

1. V V Vinayak did treat us with a full meal but towards the end, the plot did look very predictable and familiar.

Bottom Line :

Alludu Sreenu is a Paisa Vasool Film which is loaded with every element that audience are looking for, to experience complete entertainment.

Rating: 3.0/5
