Afghan-American actress in Tollywood

After actresses like Maryam Zakaria, Scarlett Wilson and Kristina Akheeva, sources say that another foreign actress, Khatera Hakimi is now making her debut in Tollywood. The actress, an Afghan-American from New York, relocated to India two years back and is awaiting the release of her debut Hindi film, Budget Trip. The actress would be seen soon in Telugu film titled, Womaniya, directed by Praneeth Babu. The film is reportedly about five girls who go for a road trip. The film makers have reportedly shot a folk song recently in the hinterlands of Telangana and another song in middle of the sea. Well, let’s see how her career would shape up given the demand for item girls in Tollywood.
