Sweet Corn Kebab




1 cup Boiled sweet corn
4-5 boiled potatoes
1 finely grated carrot
1 finely chopped capsicum
Few florets of cauliflower finely grated
2 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste  
1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp gram masala
1 tsp kauri methi
2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Few ice cream stick



First grind boiled sweet corn coarsely in a blender leaving few kennels as a whole. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix all the ingredients. Keep this mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Now take it out and make shape of kababs around ice cream stick. Deep dry this in oil till they turn golden brown colour from all sides. Enjoy it with mint chutney.
