Stuffed Garlic Bread

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup + 3 tbsp Maida
¼ cup warm milk
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
¾ tsp oregano
1 tsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 tsp oil
pinch of salt
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp mixed herbs
For garlic butter
¼ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped


Method:

In a large bowl take warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano. Now add butter and maida and start to knead the dough. Coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours. To make the garlic bread in a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.

Top it up with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough also season with chilli flakes and oregano. Fold the dough and seal the edges. Brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter. And sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Bake this in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes. Once baked serve it hot with a cheesy dip.
