Schezwan Rice

 

 

Cooked Basmati Rice                 - 1 cup

Chopped garlic                            - 1 tsp

Chopped ginger                           - 1 tsp

Finely chopped carrot                  -  2 tbsp

Finely choped beans                    -   2 tbsp

Finely chopped shimla mirch        -  2 tbsp

Finely chopped spring onion         -  2 tbsp

Whole red chilli                              -  1

Vinegar                                          -  1 tbsp

Black pepper powder                     -  1/4 tsp

Red chilli paste                              -  1 tsp

Salt                                                -  to taste

Oil                                                  -   2 tbsp

METHOD:

* Heat oil in a pan.

* Add ginger garlic and whole red chilli and saute for one minute.

* Add all the vegetables and saute for two to three minutes.

* Add red chilli paste and vinegar and mix well.

* Add boiled basmati rice,salt and black pepper and toss it.

* Serve hot.
