Pesara Pappu And Kandi Pappu Pachadi

Ingredients for Kandi Pachadi:

Kandi Pappu - 1 cup

Tempering seeds - 2 spoons   

Tamarind - a small ball

Curry Leaves - a few

Turmeric Powder - a pinch

Salt - To Taste



Saute kandi pappu in pan and later soak it in water so that it gets grind faster. Later add oil in pan and tempering seeds and saute well. After we start getting aroma, take the tempering seeds in mixer and grind coarsely. To this add the soaked kandi pappu turmeric powder salt tamarind and grind well. And delicious Kandi Pachadi is ready to be served.



Ingredients for Pesar Pachadi:

Pesar Pappu - 1 cup

Green Chilli - 4 numbers

Jilakara - 1 spoon

Hinguva - ½ spoon

Uppu - to taste



Soak pesar pappu in water for about 5 mins and take it in mixer. Later add jeera, salt, hing and green chillies and gring coarsely in the mixer. And the delicious pesar pappu pachadi is ready.
