Noodle Spring Rolls

 

 

Mothers always love to introduce more variety into children's diet.  Snacks give that scope for us to experiment a lot. Today, we are presenting a variety snack “Noodle Spring Rolls”..

 

Ingredients:

All purpose flour 1 cup cut vegetables like beans, cabbage, carrot 1 1/2 cup

Onion - 1

Spring onion - 1/2 cup

Cooked noodles - 1/2 cup

Soya sauce - 2 table spoons

Oil for deep fry

Salt as per choice

 

Preparation:

In a pan put 2 spoons oil and saute all cut vegetables including onion at one go. Then add cooked noodles, soya sauce, spring onions and salt then  keep this mix aside.

Now, take all purpose flour, add pinch of salt then slowly add little amount of water and prepare dough similar to roti dough.
Now, prepare Roti's with this dough and then speed the prepared veg noodle mix on the roti  and roll nicely.

Fry these rolls deeply till they turn in to brown color,  take out and serve with chilli sauce.
