Mexican Chicken





Boneless Chicken -1 kg
Fresh Red Chillies - (Chopped) 10
Dalda Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp
White Pepper Powder -1 tbsp
Garlic Paste -1 tbsp
Capsicum (cubed) -2 medium
Salt as per taste
Vinegar - 4 tbsp
Tomato paste - 2 cups
Tomato Ketchup - 2 cups
Spring Onion (Chopped) 1


Directions :
Marinate chicken with garlic,salt,vinegar and white pepper and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.In a pot or wok,slightly heat Dalda Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir-fry the chicken on high heat till water in the chicken dries. Add tomato paste and tomato ketchup and cook for 5 minutes. Then add capsicum and red chillies and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.Garnish and serve hot....
