Methi Oats Thepla

 

 

Ingredients:

 

* 1 cup Oats flour

* 1/4 cup Ragi flour

* 1/4 cup Jowar flour

* 1/4 cup Soya flour

* 1 tsp Green Chilli and garlic paste

* 2 tsp Finely chopped coriander

* 1 tsp Roasted sesame

* 1/4 tsp Turmeric

* 1/2 cup Blanched pureed Methi leaves

* Water as required

* Salt to taste

 

Method:

In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a dough. Keep it aside and let it rest for a while. Now roll out mini green theplas in to small rotis. Roast with or without oil as per your liking. Now serve it hot with curd or curry of your choice.
