How To Make Crispy Onion Pakodi




This monsoon you should surely try these crispy pakodis. If you are checking for options other than onions – you can try the same with cabbage or paneer.


Ingredients :

Onion                    - 2 medium size

Ginger                   - 1 spoon finely chopped

Green Chilli           - 2

Besan Flour          - 3 – 4 spoons

Corn Flour            - ½ spoon

Rice flour              -1 spoon

Uppu                     - To Taste

Oil for frying   


Preparation :

Cut the onion into small pieces and take it in the bowl. To it add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add salt to taste and toss the mixture. After a minute or so add 3 – 4 spoons of besan and mix well. Later to get the pakodis crispy add a spoon of rice flour and ½ spoon of corn flour. Mix well. After the oil gets heated add the mixture and fry well....
