Green Peas Soup With Paneer




* 1 tsp oil

* 1 onion finely chopped

* 2 cups green peas boiled and roughly pureed

* 1 tsp Turmeric powder

* 1 tsp cumin

* 1 tsp red chilli powder

* 2 cloves garlic

* 2 tsp cornflour 

* 1 tsp lemon juice

* 50 gms paneer cut in small cubes

* Salt to taste

To a big pot add oil, over medium-high heat add cumin and let them splutter. Stir in onions add salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and cook until the onions soften. Add the puree of peas and water. Bring it to a boil, slow down the heat, and simmer for 5 more minutes then add cornflour and mix it nicely make sure there are no lumps formed. Or you could add the corn flour in very little water, dissolve it and then add in the pot. After that add paneer cubes instead of croutons to make it a healthier dish, you could also swallow fry paneer and then add. Boil for 1 more minute. Hot and healthy soup is ready to be served.
