Green Peas Pancake




1 cup Boiled Green Peas
1/2 cup Besan/ Gram Flour
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/2 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 sachet eno
1 cup finely chopped Vegetables - capsicum, onion, cabbage, tomato,
1 cup crumbled paneer
Water as required


First grind boiled green peas with very less water. The paste should be thick. Transfer it in to a big bowl. Add rice flour, besan, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped chillies . Mix all of it well to this add little water. Make a thick batter. Add eno. Mix it well. Batter will raise because of adding of eno. Heat non stick pan. Grease it with oil. spread 2 tbsp batter. On this sprinkle the mixed vegetables and crumble paneer. Flip it. Roast from both sides and serve it hot.
