Garlic Fried Rice



Cooked Basmati Rice  2 cups
Garlic 10 pods finely chopped
Black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Spring onion  4 finely chopped


First heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, fry them until they turn light brown in colour. Take aside half of the garlic for garnishing. Now add spring onion and cooked basmati rice, pepper. Fry for some time add soy sauce and vinegar. Add chilli flakes. Switch off the gas. Take it out into a serving bowl and garnish it with fried garlic and some spring onion greens.
