Desiccated Coconut - 250 gms
Condensed milk -1/2 tin
Ghee -1 tbsp
Red Color - few drops
Green colour - few drops
Pistachios - 5-6 finely chopped
First heat a pan and add to it ghee. Now, and add desiccated coconut and stir it for two to three minutes. Now add condensed milk and mix it thoroughly.
After you stir for a few more minutes remove it from the stove and let it cool. Grease a bowl and divide the mixture into two parts. To one part add red Color and to other add green colour.
Mix them well and add the prepared burfi into the bowls separately Now garnish it with finely chopped pistachios. Cut them into the desired shapes and serve.
