It is quite easy to prepare, tastes good.
- 3-4 med sized capsicum
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp whole dhaniya
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tbsp channa dal
- 5-6 cashew nuts
- 1/2 turmeric pwdr
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- curry leaves
- Cut capsicum into diced form.
- Dry roast channa dal,grated coconut,dhaniya, cashew and grind to pate adding water.
- Heat oil, add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and fry in oil for a min.
- Add cpasicum and toss into the oil adding red chilli pwdr, turmeric and the ground masala and stir well.add salt to taste.
- Pour 1/2 cup water and allow to cook on sim till the masala coats well with capsicum till it is tender.serve hot with rice or roti...
