4 month baby raped and murdered

In a shocking incident a 4 month baby was raped and murdered in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The culprit was found to be a close relative of baby’s family. The victim followed the culprit on the bicycle. She was then raped and was beaten to death. Thanks to the CCTV footage, the police were able to identify the culprit within few hours of the incident. The incident has added fuel to the fears of women activists in the country who were complaining about the safety of girl child.
