LEARN TO STAY AWAY FROM STRESS!

Urban life has made stress inevitable. It creates situations that are beyond our control which ultimately leads to extreme stress. Most of us ignore this and continue with our lives. But it is very important to know how to deal with stress before moving on. As you read further you will come across some simple steps, that can make life easy despite your busy schedule!

 

Music can work wonders. When I say music, I don't mean jazz or pop. Listen to something that is soothing to the mind. Try instrumentals of your choice. Float in the sound of the instrument and forget all your worries. Listening to inspirational songs from films, can re - create hope in you. This always works for me!
                  

Taking a long walk by yourself, will help you come out of your monotonic life and will also strengthen your bond with nature. Some fresh air will refresh your mind before you go back to a life that does not give you time for yourself. Try it for a while and see the difference for yourself.
                    
Now, I’m going to suggest something, that has been said a million times before. Meditation - the best medicine for stress. According to research, if you can spare just 25 minutes a day for meditation, stress wont effect you as much as it does today. Addict yourself to this and you will experience a complete transformation.
          

Next of course is your food habit. Though we are all in love with our pizzas and burgers, we must keep in mind that our body needs something more. Not only to stay healthy but also to get rid of stress. Blueberries, salmon and almonds are the ingredients that can do magic. Others in this category are green tea and masala tea. Switch to these and move towards a healthy tomorrow.
             

Rest is very essential for a body to function efficiently. So your sleep is as important as your food. Unfortunately metropolitan lifestyle is again coming in the way of human health. A good 7-8 hours of sleep can relieve your stress to a great extent. All you need to do is, make sure you are never deprived of sleep.
                 

Along with these, your body needs good exercise too! 30 minutes of jogging or playing out door games can bring you back to life. With this let out all your stress, feeling light headed. To make time for all this, you need to stay away from the electronic gadgets as soon as you are back from work. This will leave a lot of time to indulge in the stress re leaving activities mentioned above.

                 

Most importantly, start thinking positive! Try to find hope in every hopeless situation. This can be difficult but, practice makes man perfect, remember? Lastly always wear a smile on your face. You look best that way!
