Jet Airways Goa flight 9W 2374 skidded from runway at Goa’s Dabolim airport caused injuries to 15 out of 154 passengers on board. Passengers have alleged that no help was provided to them for at least 20 to 25 minutes by the airport staff. A video going viral in social media shows how angered passengers cornered airlines after receiving ill treatment.

“After incident took place, there was no one till 20-25 minutes. After that we saw some cars, they too took around 10 minutes.”
“Media makes it look like it’s nothing but it was terrible; engine exploded, could’ve died; going to complain.”
“Situation was critical; nobody is helping, authority is not giving answers; Don’t know what to do.”
“We didn’t understand what happened. There is no one, who is ready to help. The concerned authorities are keeping quiet and not giving any answer.”
“It was terrible. The engine exploded and we could’ve died,” said a foreigner on board the aircraft.
