There are many health problems that can be avoided by human beings. Simply by changing their lifestyle. We have all heard of the new category called Lifestyle Diseases. As the name suggests, these are a result of a bad lifestyle that includes bad eating habits, not eating at the right intervals, not sleeping for the right number of hours and no exercise.

These are some of the ways in which we invite diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity and heart problems. Therefore it is important for us to be aware of things we can do, to avoid lifestyle diseases.
